Rural Energy for America Program a partnership between TechHelp and Idaho State University
Through the USDA Rural Development grant initiative, our organization performs energy audits for a range of entities including manufacturers, agricultural enterprises, and eligible businesses across the state. These audits aim to enhance energy efficiencies, ultimately driving positive economic outcomes. To participate, businesses must first register via TechHelp. The program offers financial support in the form of loan financing and grants for qualified groups to implement energy-efficient practices and system enhancements. The Rural Energy for America Program specifically covers up to 75 percent of total eligible project costs, with grants accounting for up to 50 percent.
