Come along with IMA as we tour ALK Source Materials in Post Falls. ALK (Allergy Labs of Kopenhagen) headquartered in Denmark, manufactures allergy products sold throughout the world. The facility in Post Falls, ID is responsible for sourcing, processing, and supplying source materials and some API materials to all ALK sites. ALK is a world leader in allergy immunotherapy, employs about 200 people and has been located in Post Falls since 2009. ALK set the industry standard in 1972 when they developed the technique to accurately identify the proteins that provoke allergies and a standardized process for manufacturing allergen extracts.
