Background
Jessica joined TechHelp and studio\Blu in 2020 as a Student Design Engineer at Boise State’s New Product Development (NPD) Lab. While completing her Mechanical Engineering degree, she also served as a Supervisor in Boise State’s Engineering Innovation Studio and mentored students through the Trio Educational Talent Search program. In recognition of her leadership and technical skills, Jessica was promoted to Group Manager of the NPD Lab in December 2023, where she now oversees student teams in the design and prototyping of new products for Idaho businesses.
Jessica’s accomplishments include winning Boise State’s inaugural Women in STEM, Medicine, and Law Scholarship in 2022, created to encourage female students to pursue diverse career paths. A graduate of Timberline High School, she brings experience in design engineering and education, with skills in SolidWorks, Java, and 3D printing. Her technical proficiencies span a wide range of software and hardware tools, including Fusion 360, Adobe Suite, MasterCam, CNC machining, and 3D printing.
