Luke Fuess joined TechHelp in 2023 as a Client Manager, bringing expertise in manufacturing and operations to support Northern Idaho companies in improving productivity and profitability. Based at the University of Idaho Coeur d’Alene, he focuses on industries like Aerospace and Renewable Energy. Luke’s career began as a U.S. Marine Corps helicopter technician, later earning a degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and working in production management at ICON Aircraft, where he gained skills in Lean Methodology and Inventory Management.

Before TechHelp, Luke served as COO at US Ordnance and held a supervisory role at Plug Power in the green fuel industry. In 2021, he moved to Northern Idaho with his family, enjoying outdoor activities and working on his vintage Chevelle. His experience in optimizing manufacturing processes makes him a valuable resource for Idaho’s manufacturing sector.
