Robert Buel joined TechHelp in November 2012 as the departmentu2019s Business Operations Manager.

Robert has worked in higher education as well as business and grant management for over ten years. He has a strong knowledge of budgeting and operation analysis, planning operations, data analysis and crucial business decisions. He enjoys assisting clients in reaching goals and objectives related to sales, productivity, profitability and industry penetration, among other areas.

Before joining the TechHelp team at Boise State University, he worked for five years for the newly created University of California Merced where he was one of the few founding staff members. Robert was charged with the creation and implementation of the University grant policy and procedure for this new campus. He was also entrusted with the creation of the Post Award Management department to fully implement and monitor these new process and procedures for all new faculty, staff, and students in the world of sponsored funding.
