TechHelp & MEP Response to COVID-19 Situation

As part of the National Manufacturing Extension Partnership, TechHelp is crafting a prudent response to the rapidly evolving Coronavirus situation in order to protect our clients, our team members, and our families. For the foreseeable future:
  • TechHelp Specialists will keep you informed on the status of current and future workshops and events.
  • We will waive cancellation fees for any projects or events that our clients wish to reschedule. We are offering meetings by phone or video conference at the client’s discretion.
  • Our specialists and outside consultants will continue to take precautionary measures in order to minimize the risk of transmission.
  • We created a webpage where we will post information that Idaho manufacturers may find useful. We will also provide that information via email and our social networks as appropriate.
We will let you know about the growing list of online resources for training, information, and programs to assist manufacturers. We already listed some useful webinars on our Event Calendar
NIST MEP is beginning to provide information about programs and funding designed to help companies weather the storm and recover. MEP is also gathering requests for needed manufactured items and has the ability to line up product needs with manufacturers. We will collect this valuable information and share it with you as appropriate.
Please know that TechHelp is still here to help meet any needs you may have during this challenge and during the recovery to come.
If you have any comments or questions please contact us at 208.426.3767 or admin@techhelp.org or contact your local TechHelp Manufacturing Specialist.
